By accessing or using CaliPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CaliPro is an AI-powered calisthenics form analysis tool. You upload workout videos, the Service analyzes your movement using pose detection technology, and generates automated coaching reports to help you improve your technique. CaliPro is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CaliPro offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, processed through our payment provider Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Fitness Liability Disclaimer

CaliPro provides automated analysis generated by artificial intelligence. This analysis is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical or fitness advice. The Service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified personal trainer, physiotherapist, or medical professional.

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. CaliPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm that arises from your use of the Service or from acting on its analysis or coaching reports. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or modifying any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; and using the Service in any way that violates applicable law. CaliPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant CaliPro a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your videos or use them for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
